The marriage was doomed after it was discovered that Donald was having an affair with a show girl called Marla Maples. Marla infamously confronted Ivana on the Ski slopes of Aspen and enlightened her by saying; ‘I’m Marla and I love your husband. Do you?’ Ivana got her own back on Donald by acquiring a huge amount of his vast fortune. Ivana’s famous last words played out on the silver screen in the hit movie “The First Wives Club” were ‘Don’t get mad, get everything!’
