19. Lauren Bacall
Both Lauren Bacall’s parents were Jewish. Born Betty Joan Perske on September 16th, 1924 her striking looks and characteristic voice helped her rise to fame as a singer and an actress. She died on August, 12th 2014 and received an Academy Honorary Award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in 2009. She was also included on the list of the 20th greatest female stars of classic Hollywood cinema by the American Film Institute.
