US halts use of Johnson & Johnson’s Covid-19 vaccine citing blood clot concerns

Federal health agencies have temporarily stopped administrating the coronavirus vaccine produced by Johnson & Johnson after six women developed blood clots including one who died, stated a new report.

The women aged between 18 and 48 suffered a rate disorder involving blood clots that occurred within around two weeks of being vaccinated.

The six women were affected by blood clots within two weeks of being vaccinated

Nearly 7 million people in the US have received the Johnson and Johnson one shot inoculation.
