Only days away from re-entering rehab, Harry Brant died on January 17, from an accidental drug overdose at the age of 24. He had reportedly been struggling with addiction issues for several years prior to his death.
Harry was the son of Peter M Brant a billionaire, media mogul and supermodel Stephanie Seymour. ‘We will forever be saddened that his life was cut short by his devastating disease,’ his family released in a statement via the New York Times. … ‘He achieved a lot in his 24 years, but we will never get the chance to see how much more Harry could have done.’
Harry along with his older brother, Peter Brant, Jr; was an active member of New York City’s social scene. Harry was also a driving force in the fashion world. Italian Vogue featured him in its pages, and he appeared in campaigns representing the French fashion house Balmain.
