This visa is for invited foreign workers that possess the skills required by the Australian government. With a subclass 189 visa, you can live and work anywhere in Australia.

SKILLED NOMINATED VISA (SUBCLASS 190)
This visa permits skilled workers to live, study or work anywhere in the nominated state/territory in Australia as permanent residents.
As per subclass 189, to be eligible to apply for subclass 190 you must have received an invitation to apply

How are points calculated for the visas?
The 65 points which are necessary are calculated based on the following indicators:
Age: You will gain a maximum of 30 points if your age is between 25 to 32 years.
